Free Spirit Writers
Some of us who are getting on a bit will remember Albert Ramsbottom and
his difficulties with the lion. I decided that the little lad should have a
life and have written several pieces in the manner of Albert's creator,
Marriott Edgar. They go down well at the groups Free Spirit Writers visit
and entertain. In order to write about Albert in the late 20th and early
21st centuries, sometimes Albert is the original Albert, and sometimes he is
Albert's grandson, also called Albert. You have to use your imagination to
work out which one's which.
